The project brief
Ravenna Solutions were looking to create online training for their customers for the release of a new, modern, highly configurable admission CRM. The project brief included providing consultation services for an e-Learning project to develop a suite of online systems training videos, with the emphasis being on retaining their existing high standard of customer service and support.
After the initial consultation and analysis of the training required, Ravenna Solutions went with our suggestion to use Camtasia to produce short, friendly, engaging training videos. Our services included coaching, support and feedback in all areas of design, creation, editing, testing and finalisation of training products for their first e-Learning project.
Even with a number of challenges encountered during the course of this project, including a branding change for the client half-way through, with our support and timely feedback, Ravenna Solutions were able to meet their extremely tight deadline to design and develop the required training videos to a very high standard.
